This course is a soft, structured space to land during life transitions—whether you’re experiencing changes with your job, caregiving for a parent, ending a relationship, starting over, or grieving something you can’t quite name.

Here, you don’t have to have the answers. You just have to show up—with your breath, your body, and your willingness to reconnect to the version of you that’s still whole beneath the chaos.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR

This course was created with care for Black women who are:

  • Moving through life transitions (career changes, grief, caregiving, divorce, boundary shifts)

  • Feeling emotionally stretched thin—but still responsible for holding everything together

  • Burnt out from people-pleasing, “over-functioning”, or doing all the emotional labor

  • Seeking calm, clarity, and reconnection with their own voice, values, and nervous system

You do not have to be in therapy or “healed” to benefit from this space.
You just need to be open to slowing down, telling the truth, and choosing yourself—on your own terms.

  • Tools to help regulate your nervous system during stress, grief, and overwhelm
